DISHA 4.0 HCOS
A diverse group attending an educational workshop indoors

RESOURCES → MEDIA → KNOWLEDGE HUB

Learning center.

A structured learning environment that turns DISHA knowledge into guided journeys, lessons, microlearning, assessments, practical exercises and role-specific learning paths.

What if the Resources section did not just provide information, but actually helped someone learn DISHA concepts step by step?

Media honesty: no real speakers, recordings, films or certificates exist yet — every reserved slot says so. AI summaries, where they appear, stay source-linked and labeled.

Role-based learning paths

Every lesson answers one question and links to the canonical page where the concept lives — learning that leads somewhere, in order.

For executives

Understand the system and its boundaries in under an hour

  1. 1. What a Human Capital Operating System is

Why does workforce need an operating system?

    Concept · 5 min

  2. 2. Evidence, inference, forecast, scenario, recommendation

Why must these five never be blurred?

    Knowledge check · 6 min

  3. 3. The AI authority line

    What will DISHA never decide?

    Concept · 4 min

  4. 4. Adoption patterns in one view

Overlay, embedded, modular, connected — which first?

    Scenario · 7 min

For people & workforce leaders

Turn capability theory into planning practice

  1. 1. Readiness with population, period and status

What makes a readiness claim inspectable?

    Concept · 6 min

  2. 2. Critical-skill coverage in practice

How do you measure coverage honestly?

    Demo · 7 min

  3. 3. Succession without title inflation

What does successor coverage really count?

    Scenario · 6 min

  4. 4. Learning that converts to readiness

    How is conversion measured?

    Knowledge check · 5 min

  5. 5. Build the year plan

What does a governed workforce year look like?

    Scenario · 8 min

For technical evaluators

Judge the architecture like an architect

  1. 1. Evidence objects and versioning

How is capability modeled as data?

    Architecture · 8 min

  2. 2. The provenance chain

    What makes an answer traceable?

    Architecture · 6 min

  3. 3. Integration contracts

What do the API/event surfaces promise?

    Architecture · 9 min

  4. 4. Governance enforcement points

Where is RBAC and minimization enforced?

    Knowledge check · 7 min

  5. 5. Run the evaluator path live

What should your own proof look like?

    Demo · 10 min

Interactive lesson: the five evidence states

The distinction everything else in DISHA depends on. Read the five states, then take the two-question check.

1. Observed evidence

Something that actually happened, with a source — a completed project, a verified credential.

2. Inference

A conclusion the system draws from evidence — always labeled as inference, never passed off as fact.

3. Forecast

A forward-looking estimate with assumptions attached — uncertain by nature, dated by definition.

4. Scenario

A what-if exploration under stated constraints — a tool for thinking, not a prediction.

5. Recommendation

Advice the system offers — which a human weighs, adapts or rejects. The decision stays human.

Knowledge check — 2 questions

1. A dashboard shows 'readiness 82%'. What must accompany it to be trustworthy in DISHA?

2. An AI agent recommends redeploying a crew. Who decides?

Answer both correctly to record completion.

Learning governance: completion records evidence of learning — never a professional certification, because none is formally established. Certificates or badges appear only where legitimately supported. No fabricated learning outcomes, ever.
